Did Comcast delete your personal webpages last night?

They did mine. :|

I noticed this morning that my image links (i.e. like the one in my sig) didn't work, so I turned the old SmartFTP on and as I log onto my Comcast webpage, I get this message "We upgraded our servers!"

Well, you also deleted all my content! :frown:

Just checking to see if this happened to everyone or if I'm the only one. Calling Comcast would be, IMO, pointless as their CSR's have pefected and taken out a whole new patent on the "idiot with an asshole attitude" gig. I had it all backed up so I didn't really lose anything anyway... just some inconvenience...

I'd contact their support and ask them to restore your FTP's contents with their most recent backup.

That bites!

Lost mine also. This have something to do with the att to comcast conversion, or just a regular goof up?

hmm...my friends' page also got deleted or lost. He was on ATTBI web space, so I tihnk it has something to do with the ATT - Comcast conversion.

I'd say they dropped whatever they were hosting. You'd think an email warning you would have been sent.

the address of mine changed from comcast.mywebpages.com to comcast.mywpage.com, that might work for you.

I agree. This really wasn't a big deal for me but some warning would have been nice.
