That word "serious" looks out of place in your statement. He wasn't a qualified candidate, certainly. He would have been a grifter and a tool. His constituency was pathetic.

I mean they're both accurate descriptions. But Walker is far from your usual unqualified candidate. So much so that he was widely regarded as one of the worst in recent history, if not all time. As in, it was a fucking joke to run him in the first place.

His performance was, again, due to the state of his party and it's members. They could run the QAnon shaman and depending on the district he'd still get 45% of the vote.
