One individual is NOT the reason this crap is selling. There actually is no logical reason why it should sell more units than more full featured products of the same price, other than their consumers are totally illogical (and sheep)!

The *ONLY* thing the shuffle has going for it over any other product is more memory for the money. Other than that it's less featured and less functional than the competition.

The Mini Mac on the other hand is an amazing product that should do incredible for Apple.

They're both doing quite well. ;)

WTF are you screwballs talking about? I could have sworn the damn thing was $100.00... Yep, it is! But, so is this one, and it has a track record, and a display!

I was more talking about the 1 gig for $150. That's a decent amount of flash memory for the $$.

More like $10-$15 less...but anyway.

For the record I own both a MuVo Tx and an Ipod Mini.

My sister got one of those from her boyfriend for Christmas, and HATED it. I can't blame her, actually... The menu system is a bitch to navigate, and the MusicMatch software that came with it sucks. She promptly made him trade it in for an iPod Mini, which costs about $100 more. Poor guy!
