Did anyones Amazon Pre-Order of GTA SE ship? Mine hasnt and the site says it should ship on May 5th. I cant wait that long! It says I should get it on the 12th-16 and I cant modify it for faster shipping! ARG!

Free super saver shipping? That often adds a week to orders.

Even with Prime, Amazon doesn't seem to ship games until the actual day of release or even a day later. It's not like Netflix that mails me new releases on Monday to arrive Tuesday.

Yeah, super saver. Ive ordered from them 100s of times and even tho they say one thing I usually get it much faster. Soemtimes in 2 days. But its not even shipped yet. Sigh. Guess I will just have to be patient. 🙁

This is no surprise. It seems like a lot people whine about Amazon doing this for all big game releases over and over.

Can you cancel the order and purchase it B&M? It's not like there is a shortage for this game.

Go to Target/Best buy/Somewhere and buy a copy now. Once the amazon order comes, return that copy to the store

this is why i pre-order all my games i HAVE to have at gamestop. I hate waiting for shipping and amazon is the worst at shipping new release stuff.

Woohoo! Just got am email from Amazon! It shipped today and they said it will be here tomorrow. I notice Amazon is selling it from another etailer. Guess Amazon ran out.

I have prime and my copy of GTA4 shipped Monday. I'd have had it Tuesday if I would have paid for the one day shipping.

Sometimes you luck out, but I've read enough complaints of Amazon slow shipping that you shouldn't count on it. My copy of Persona 3 FES preorder shipped on Wednesday not Monday last month.

Really? That explains a lot. But it seems only things shipped via USPS get here the next day, UPS still takes a while.

1. Your a tool for pre-ordering, I haven't seen a game that you can't walk into any store and just buy on launch day since Zelda OOT on N64 and thats probably cause of the cartridges.

For the record GTAIV wasn't at any of my local gamestores on release day and the day after.

I ordered regular GTAIV for ps3, im in NJ and tracking number says: Processed through jersey city, nj since monday...still haven't received it

YAY! It came! Looks freaking sweet! And, coincidently, my wireless headset came back from MS RMA within minutes of getting the game.
