Did anyone see the movie "Whale Rider"?

I saw it last night... cried my eyes out, it was a very good movie and I highly recommend it to everyone. 🙂

(the girl who plays the main character is AMAZING, and I was surprised to learn it was her first movie ever... she's had no formal training, and was picked out of a local school by the casting director)

I havent see the movie yet but I heard she was fabulous in it. She was nominated for an Oscar for it last year.
