Did anyone see the documentary on Payne Stewarts airplane crash?

I was watching it earlier and missed the ending and never found out what caused the sudden cabin depressurization and why the crew couldn't deal with it.

Anyone know?

Yep...three times in two days.

And they dont really know what caused it. The operators of the Lear got in big trouble for falsifying maintenance records shortly thereafter, though.

Incapacitation of the flight crewmembers as a result of their failure to receive supplemental oxygen following a loss of cabin pressurization, for undetermined reasons.

Ah - so I guess I didn't miss as much as I thought...

If I remember correctly, they suspected some type of valve system to be at fault, but could not conclusively prove that it was the problem. Basically, there were a number of factors that added up to the tragedy.

I watched all 3 of them Friday night, really interesting.

The 3 were

Payne Stewart crash
ValueJet 592 crash into Florida Everglades
Disaster on Duffy Street....geeeeez talk about bad luck to live on that street.
