Did anyone see that Oprah regarding Europe and its prostitution rings?

It was about a guy who made a documentary about the prostitution rings and what not going on over in Europe. There was a guy by the name of Tom who was telling this guy who was undercover, "I just had his brother last week." And he as he was saying this he was laughing with his tongue out. I was so disgusted. He kept saying, "This is a dream, this is a dream come true."

Very sad to say the least. Then they showed all the kids huffing on paint thinner getting high to I guess just forget that they are prostitutes and are hungry.

Very sad though. Anyone else see it?
 
I don't understand what "I just had his brother last week." And he as he was saying this he was laughing with his tongue out. I was so disgusted. He kept saying, "This is a dream, this is a dream come true." even means, so I can't be all that disgusted yet.

yea something about a guy prostituting his son
