I was watching the docu-movie E-dreams and it followed the founders from the start to the end. I am just curious did anyone here use their service? To me it seemed like a bad business model to start with, then again I was a CS major not a business major.
i used it once. i was working on a saturday, and had them bring some junk food. i think we got them to bring a dreamcast game? did they do that, or have i hit the crackpipe too much since then?

I don't remember if they did video games.. but I do remember them doing movie rentals, so it wouldn't be farfetched.
My roommates and I used them quite a bit in college. Between the coupons and whatnot.. it totally kicked ass (for us). Order some ice cream, drinks, and a couple movies. They get delivered a little while later. Return the movie the next day in a drop box on campus.
We liked it because it was quick and cheap (free delivery, coupons), but obviously these are the reasons why it failed (not making much off a order).
