Anyway, they had claimed to be getting a large shipment and "guaranteed delivery" by christmas. A few weeks ago they announced they would not be getting a single one and started "issuing refunds"
Well, plain and simple, I never got a refund. And after repeated calls to them, I have been told "they will call me back" and they have done nothing.
The deal is this: I placed the order on my X.com debit card. X.com (an online bank) is now closed, and the refund sent to my X.com debit card will not post to the account - it will be rejected.
I called FOL and I told them my situation. The way I see it, they have two options: send me a check, to the billing address -OR- send the refund to a different card of mine (with the same name and billing address)
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get them to take action?
