Did anyone go on Spring Break to Panama City this year?

This is a longshot, but if any of you went on Spring Break 2004 in Panama City this year, I need your help.

We stayed at the Summit hotel which had mtvU there (they are a subset of MTV) - every morning they played a really annoying symphony type song to wake up all the hungover college kids and get them to start drinking again.

Does anyone know the name of this song?
