Did anyone get their Dell Vista Express Upgrade kits?

i was going to post this in operating systems, but its more of a general question. if it has to be moved mod, please do so

are those dell vista express upgrade kits, dvds and what not, only good on the dell you purchased?

can it be used on a home built pc with windows xp? thanks, i couldnt find any info on the topic

I haven't gotten my Asus Express Upgrade that I applied for back in January. Still shows "in Process"

I applied for mine mid-Feb and ended up getting it just last week. I haven't actually used it yet, but from the way the disc is labeled, it appears as though it'd only be useful on a Dell PC.

I applied for mine the first day it was available. Still have not received it.

Yes. I received mine about 3 weeks ago. Got Vista Business and haven't installed it yet (may not until a SP1 comes out).
