Did amazon change their layout?

I'm browsing on my iPad and went to Amazon's book page. The formatting is different, and actually looks like the formatting was stripped from the site. It looks more bare, and I don't see the book genres listed. I browsed some more to find speakers, same bare look. I haven't tried this on a desktop yet, am I the only one seeing this?

sounds like the browser isn't getting the css file possibly. looks fine on my mac here running chrome.
