Did all AMD XP Mobil Processors come unlocked?

That is the question. I know AMD XP Mobil Processors used to all come unlocked up to the XP-M 2600 but I know that AMD at some point started locking all of their chips. So now you know why I'm asking. I need to confirm before buying a XP-M 3000 processor. Thank you.

Yes, all of the XP mobile chips have unlocked multipliers.

as BlueWeasel said, all Mobile chops are unlocked. i run my 2400+ at 200x11.
