Six sad sorry little lost souls
I know you are but what am I?

Wow, and you concur with Moonbeam's drugged up drivel?

Moonbeam said:
"My take. of course, is that normal people everywhere are all laughing at them because they are all like peas in a pod, they are all mentally ill in this way and all us normal people who can reason see the same thing. How sad can live be that a whole class of potentially decent people are totally crazy, hopelessly crazy because they can't help but act like children. Must be they try to shame people because they are themselves ashamed of facing how they are. And they take themselves so seriously, like fucking jokers trying to play the straight man. Hehehehehehehe!"

You do not that phrase of Moonbeam's you quoted is a perfect example of itself, only it is a liberal who made it up and not a conservative, right?

If you were not aware of it before, it has to be glaringly obvious to you now.

Moonbeam merely cited observable fact.

While this is a childish thread, it is 100% true that studies have shown that when you prove a conservative wrong that he is significantly more likely to continue to believe the wrong thing even after proven than a non-conservative. And in fact will likely even believe the now proven wrong thing even more.

Conservative logic is irrational.

I wish that liberals would simply stop trying to find common ground. These people aren't meant to be reasoned with, they need to be marginalized as much as possible such that they have no voice in the governance of this country.

Thankfully that process is being accelerated right now due to the batshit crazy candidates the GOP keeps nominating.

All egotists are folk compensating for inferiority complexes. Because they are full of pride they can fall. This makes them sensitive to shame. They gave up intellectual integrity to be a part of a group because they were taught to be insecure. So if you poke them in the ego, they don't just bleed they explode. To exhibit a capacity to reason is to them like showing a red flag to a bull. Their vanity makes them envious of people who can think and, of course, very vicious. Nobody wants to be shamed and nobody wants to be stupid, but there's no stupidity greater than trying to pretend you are not when you are. They chose group stupid over independent thought and all the insults that come to people who can think. It never occurs to them that the folk who would insult them are mental pygmies.

And furthermore, when you see just how truly sad the life of a conservative is, from a mental health point of view, as well as the total impotence of their rage, you can do nothing else but what to help them. These poor traumatized little brats are our children, poor little wild animals caught in a trap. The mentally ill are of course mentally ill because they won't seek treatment.

Because their world is dying I have sympathy for them. I know they can't feel that way themselves. That's want emotional poverty means. But behind all the stupidity that drives these poor people is a feeling of right they can't shake. I honor that in them because, although I had to pay for knowledge with all that was precious to my ego, and lost all of my illusions, there was one thing that couldn't be taken, and that was love that is real. All of these poor sad fools have that same love hidden in them as was hidden in me. You can't love anybody without loving all humanity. We are all the same.

I see an inane moonbeam rant covered in the splooge of the local lib-trolls. Moving on...

Good! I have done the same in a few of your threads, but, of course, lacking your inane sense of inferiority with the concomitant need for attention and desire to hurt, it never occurred to me to tell you. You should maybe change your handle to Pathetic.

The sound of the current ATP&N Democrat circle-jerk is deafening. It's like a hundred wet salamis being shaken up in a giant plastic bag.

Sounds like you speak with the experience of a person with a hundred conservative friends.

The little bits that make up the human condition are collective. We collect, we discard.

How long have you been a conservative?

The part you forget is that this "proof" you mention is actuall "opinon used as fact". Your post above is a perfect example of this. You are quite right about the childish part.

One of these varying degrees of infantile responses is conservatives ability to make up realities, just totally make up shit with the slightest bit of confirming evidence in existence.

Each side ignores the science of their choosing. It's not hard to see the left's disdain for economics and history, for example.

it seems that often the two "isms" are like a ball and chain with each side complaining the the other doesn't wear their shackle on the Left or Right like they do.
