I did call the cops.. They took the info but didn't seem to care. I'm sure they get a gazillion calls a day. Someones messed up bumper and hood isn't important to them.

What do you mean they weren't ATOT members... I thought everyone was

Man, what is it about people hauling stuff in Houston and San Antonio?!? There are laws against not tying your stuff down for a reason.

I'm in SA, it happens all the time here. Not long ago a dump truck hauling trash was dropping old pulled up rebar all over the highway - a piece about 2-3 ft long went through this lady's windshield, and turned jsut right to be stopped by the steering wheel instead of going through her neck...the pics on the news showed it laying right behind the ring of her steering wheel...
