Diazinon (pesticide) - can you still get it anywhere?

We have some kind of super-ant species, NOTHING kills them. And no, the "replacement" of diazinon, triazinon, doesn't work worth a sh!t. I understand that the EPA restricted it for home use, but is it still out there for agriculture?

The way I see it, 1 bag of diazinon is going to do a whole hell of a lot less damage than 50 bags of the worthless crap that's actually for sale, and it'll actually kill the fscking insects, too.

It's hard, but you can still find it out there. Check small mom and pop garden shops. Ask for it, but act like you don't know that it's banned. Keep it away from kids and wear a mask when applying. It's not as bad as the EPA made it out to be, it truly is one of the most effective insecticides ever. If you can't find any try Maxforce or another hydramethylnon based bait. They're the most effective of the newer insecticides.

Hydrametylnon had no effect whatsoever. In fact, if anything, it promoted the damn bugs. There is now a reasonably sized colony right where we applied the highest concentration of the stuff. If that's the best that the insecticide industry can come up with, there are some pretty big problems.
