My girlfriend has one of these.... apparently she can't get the RioPlayer to interface with the program...the Diamond program needed to transfer mp3 files from the computer to the player does not recognize the unit as even being detected.
She tried the Diamond tech support and got a responce of how the software doesn't support WinXP and they don't plan to fix the program. I don't think it could be a software issue since there was no problems or warnings during the installation under WinXP.
Anyone out there get this thing to work under XP??? Anyone use this under 2k??
I'm thinking maybe the cable or connects on the actual unit went bad.
(Also, what the hell is their URL??)
