Diamond MX400 and windows 2000

I'm not sure if this topic has been covered. But does anybody know whether the Diamond MX400 is supported in Windows 2000. And if so, how well? My roommate's got an X-gamer that crackles occasionally in Windows 2000 and it's supposedly because of the shady drivers. Thanks in advance!
