hi,
i have a diamond mx300, i read something in a post that it will slow down games? is this true? also, i heard that there are settings that i can change that will speed the games up? or is this only in the a3d mode? if someone could help me out that'd be tite..

i have it in win2k, and am using the default drivers, cause the fscking beta ones from aureal won't install!!!!!!!! anyway, my fps on Q3A dropped by half. This card is a POS. I'm going to break mine in half as soon as I get my Live! card.
 
Hey ss, take a look at the Santa Cruz card from Turtle Beach. I recently got this one, and it kicks @ss all over the Live!.

Do some research on the Win2k compatibility though. I'm running WinME, so I'm not sure how the Win2k drivers are.
