Diamond's OC Utility

I haven't given it a try yet, anyone already checked it out? I assume it'll work on any of the recent ATI cards. Just guessing that it's probably a rebadge of one of the utilities we've already seen.
 
Doesnt work on non-diamond products, and i doubt anyone even has them. Most people have ati/connect3d/sapphire and whatnot.
 
Its date is relatively old so I'm guessing it's based upon Rage3D tweak as such was similarly offered by Sapphire.
