Dialup connection to ICS network?

Is it possible to create a dialup connection to an ICS network. I was able to do this before I decided to share that internet connection.

I know I've used ICS with a dial up b4 on two xp pro machines.

I guess I could have made it clearer. Dialing up from an ICS network to an ISP is not a problem. I want to establish a dialup connection to an ICS network from a remote location. I was able to dial in and share files just fine before I decided to share the dialup internet connection. The IP numbers have changed, of course, from the 169.254.x.x range to the 192.168.0.x range but everything else seems to work the same as it did before.
It is a 3 node W2K Pro network, not counting the one remote computer which was a member of the same workgroup.
