Well, I just got this message through email:
"We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that on
December 19, 2001, Dialpad Communications, Inc. ("Dialpad")
filed a voluntary petition for protection under Chapter 11 of
the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division, Case
Number 399-02649. If you have any questions regarding the
status of Dialpad, please contact Paul G. Jennings, Attorney
for Debtors, at (615) 742-6200. You may also want to contact
your attorney to advise you of your rights regarding this
matter."
Oh, well, I never really liked there service. They were cheap, but it reflected on the voice quality. I'd rather pay the extra $0.10 for clarity.
