dialpad.com problems?

when i go to dialpad.com, my computer either a) freezes or b) spontaneously resets. For some reason this computer always does that, though my roommate's computer is fine. At first I thought maybe it was a driver or setting or maybe Java VM...but i resintalled the OS and nothing dhanged. Then just recently i threw away the crappy WinME and installed 2000 and it STILL does this. Could this be a hardware problem? Sounds like it, but WHAT kind of hardware would it be?? This is very strange...Any ideas?
