i am trying to help a client that cannot get his dial up internet connection to work...he can transfer e-mail, but not use the internet. he uses internet explorer and outlook express. i've tryed two different isps so that isn't the problem. i checked the dns numbers and such, and they aren't the problem. the dial up connection is configured correctly. can anyone think of anything that could be doing it?
