Dial-Up Networking won't save password in WinMe

Ok, my parents' computer is running Millenium, and it refuses to save the pw in DUN. I've dealt with this problem in 98 by deleting all *.pwl files and rebooting. However, this isn't working in Me. Well, it will work once, but then when I reboot, it makes me re-enter the password.
Any ideas?
