Hello guys,
I've been having this problem for over a week now. I have a crappy old Dial UP connection and my modem from Dlink. When I connect to the internet, its all OK, but I don't get the message of being connected. I mean the two small computers in my bottom right corner of the screen, I don't have that anymore. I have to go to control panel and disconnect nowadays. I cannot view my IP address, my speed and everything else. I am currently using WIN XP Pro and I have tried re-installing my modem drivers. I would appreciate some help here. Thanks
