Dial up call waiting program, any good ones?

ok people, try not to laugh too hard, but we just got dial up, and are looking for a decent, preferably free, program that will tell us if someone is calling when we are online. also, does the spec of the modem affect this support, meaning do i need a v.92 modem to take advantage of this, or will my current v.90 modem do just fine?
 
If I remember correctly, You do need V92, and you can take the call and not lose your connection. Also, most late v90 modems can be software upgraded to v92. Might need to physically get the numbers off the chip and google for firmware and or software.
