If I use c^2=a^2+b^2 and plug in the numbers for a and b you'll get the diagonal but if you have c and you wanted to find the dimensions for a and b. 16:9 16:10 and 4:3 are what I'm looking for. Please explain it the answer won't do any good. Oh BTW I?m in 8th grade and taking algebra 1

btw... to solve that equation, you will probably want to use a calculator 😉 theere isn't any especially easy other way.
