I have a HP NC4010 laptop, and I think there's an issue with a stuck key. It beeps on startup like theres a stuck key sometimes, but it's not a letter or anything obvious, so I can't just open up notepad and see which one it is.

Because of this, I can only press one key on the keyboard at a time which sucks for gaming. I can't use shortcuts in windows like Windows key + E either.

Is there a program I can run to see the output of the keyboard or something?

well, i found a program that does it - passmark keyboard test, but it doesn't show any issues. i still can't press more than one key at a time, any ideas?

certain key combos work, but others don't . for example ctrl alt delete and using the shift key do work.

After playing around with it, I have determined that none of the keys are sticking - I think they just put a shitty keyboard on it. I was reading things about low quality keyboards only working with 1 key at a time, this seems to be the case.

The problem may reside in the laptop's keyboard controller. You might want to try connecting a USB standard external keyboard and see if the problem still exists. That would tend to confirm the controller as the culprit and not the actual keyboard.
