Diagnosic software and the dif Ultra-d

Has anyone else noticed how sisoft sandra and cpuz report incorrect memory frequency and HTT frequency values when the CPU multiplier is set to an decimal value like 9.5?

Does anyone know a diagnosic program that will report DFI ultra-d settings correctly?

Isn't there something strange about the handling of .5 multipliers on the AMD64's?
