For those of you that care......

After close to a year since it was announced, v1.10 is almost ready and Blizzard has just put up a link to a BETA 1.10 patch. The patch only works for single player and will not allow you to connect to battle.net. However, they include a batch file that will revert D2 back to 1.09 if you wish to get back the ability to log on to battle.net. Here is the link to the patch. Enjoy.
