I'm pretty sure all credit cards have buyer protection, under the law you may refute any charges. Regardless of what happens to Etoys, you won't have to pay unless you get the product you ordered. Try doing that with cash.
i just picked up the classic Warcraft 2: Battle.net edition for just $3.99 ... hell yeah, used my Discover card which has a online shopping feature generating a different cc number for my account each time... i'm sure Etoys will fill the orders until they totally clear their inventory.
