Diablo 2 LoD resolution fix/hack?

Without redoing all the graphics and animations, I don't think it's possible. Atleast I'm pretty sure I remember Blizzard saying they'd have to do that to offer more resolutions.

Hey, it took a patch to get 800x600. Of course they're still patching Starcraft so who knows. Go play Titan Quest in the meantime while you wait for the patch.

Have to agree with the Shit Demon, play TQ. You wont be playing the exact same quests over again, it plays better, and is just as fun if not more so.
Its only lacking in one department and thats Originality. Since I havent seen anything original lately I'd rather play something new and fun. Than old and INCREDIBLY worn out.

Play Mythos beta for free. I reinstalled Diablo 2 a few months ago on my new system (20 inch widescreen monitor 1680 x 1050). I was not at all prepared for how horrible it would look and promptly uninstalled.
