Diablo 2 Battlenet - Linksys DSL router question

Ok, before I go spend another $$ on a second copy of Diablo 2, can 2 users on the same network (ie sharing the same IP address say on a Linksys DSL router) play on Battlenet at the same time and in the same game? I know the cd key prevents two users with the same key on battlenet but what about the IP address?

i cant even get two q3's going on the same ip. with different keys of course
