DI 524 and CS probelms

I play CS:Source and I use the DI 524 (wired and wireless). I get disconnected for ~2-10 seconds every so often. This is the only game it does this with. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it?

The new one doesnt' help. Did 1.03 do it?
