DHL shipping liability..

DHL lost my package valued at about $200 used items or $350 if u consider new replacement value,

I did not purchase additional insurance so i am only going to get $100 from them
but i do not know or recall releasing them from the liabliltiy for additional value
of the merchandise so i'm wondering if that might be retrievable via
small claims court?
 
it is probably in the mice type when you sign the form , like for fedex when i drop off a package, i have to sign the form and it says i agree to whatever policy blah blah , and fedex has the same $100 limit

next time have it insured to replacement value
