DHEP problems

Hi,

I've just installed DHEP (Distributed Hardware Evolution) but have run in to a problem.
Installed the Windows Installer version and entered email, team, etc., but now its not actually doing anything (ie. Idle CPU usage is still ~0%).

A little info as to how long it may take to do something or trouble-shooting would be appreciated.
