If you have used Internet at Kinko's or wireless Internet at some airports, you will know what I'm looking for. Basically, when you want to use Internet at the airport, you will have to login with some method of payment. After the server verifies the payment, it will setup a dynamic IP and allow the computer's connection to the Internet. When you click logoff, the IP is collected and cleaned up.
If I want to do that in Java for both the clients and the servers, how would I do that? Where would be a good start to read/research?
