DH87RL & i5-4670k overclocking?

I have never overclocked before (newbie) and can't figure out how because there's next to no information about this BIOS.

This is the best help I could find, which is what my BIOS looks like . I also watched Linustechtips video about Haswell overclocking but still couldn't figure it out because his BIOS is massively different than mine.

When I tried to overclocking, I put cores to 46 (4.6GHz), ring to 45 (4.5GHz), input voltage to 1.2 (should this be higher?), left VR options enabled and left it on offset mode. I want turbo boost enabled because I would prefer my PC to only overclock when it really needs it. But stress testing with any program such as AIDA64 only tests up to 3.4GHz maximum, which is the base clock of the intel i5-4670k. It doesn't even stress test up to 3.8GHz which is the base turbo boost clock that came with the i5-4670k.

How do I overclock this thing and stress test with it? What settings do I enter?
