DG33FB or DG965WH

is Motherboard - Intel DG33FB is best than the DG965wh. i am no hardcore gamer and want a good versatile PC based on e4400 processor.

i have a confusion that i have asked some experts about DG965wh that it is well suited to E4400 and each time the experts suggest me about DG33FB but in concern of on-board graphics and sound DG33FB is not superior than DG965WH and the only difference in DG33FB is noticed that it have more FSB 1333. please guide me.

further please also tell me the best components to make a pc of wroth 30000-31000

If you are not interested in FSB 1333 processors, then DG965WH is clearly a better choice. It has 6 SATA ports (vs. 4), supports RAID (vs. no RAID), GMA X3000 is Gen4 (vs. GMA 3100 = GMA 950 is Gen3.5), STAC9271D supports Dolby Home Theater (vs. ALC888).

The successor to DG965WH is not DG33FB but Intel DP35DP that lacks onboard video unfortunatley.

the gma x3000 is faster than the gma3100. you wont get 1333bus on the dg33 . the dg965 i think also has optical and coax spdif ports built in while i dont think the dg33fb does.
