DFI UT Ultra-D Bios Explanation

i just got my new dfi ultra-d in yesterday and now its all setup and running with a week 41 3200 cpu in it. anyhow, it took me a bit to learn how to o'clock 64's with the k8n neo2 but i managed to grasp it. now, i have this mobo and Whoa!!! the amount of settings offered is absolutely mind boggling.

if someone could direct me to a link explaining (or if someone here could explain them) all the ram settings as well as some of the other o'clocking settings in the bios i would appreciate it. i wanna begin o'clocking this thing a.s.a.p. but im not gonna try until i know what effect a setting will have on the system.

i don't know if this is what you're looking for but it explains alot of terms. of course, from what i understand, the ultra d is crazy with options/settings.
