will that psu run fine if i o/c my AMD 64 3200+ Venice to 2.4 ghz?

Also ill be having
2 80MM fans
1 120 mm fan
bfg 6600 gt oc

nope. you need at least 24a on the 12v line and a native 24 pin psu.

that one has a converter 20-24 pin and can anyone here tell me why it doesnt work thjat well? -_-
