DFI Ultra D owners PLEASE HELP

So i was messing with my computer (had to replace the chipset fan) and i think i might have accidentally taken out the CMOS jumper (the part near the SATA 1-4 connections with 3 pins sticking out) as i was putting the motherboard back in. Should there be a jumper there? and where should it be? (upper 2 pins? lower 2?)

edit: ok so i put the jumper on the top 2 pins... and still the same thing happend 🙁
 
I just looked at my Ultra-D board and there's a jumper on the two pins closest to the CMOS battery.
