DFI P35-T2RS Memory Issue

I recently got the above mentioned motherboard and I have been pulling hair out with this board. I have it narrowed down to the fact that it will not run with 2 sticks of RAM period....I have tried everything. It runs perfect with one stick. Any ideas? It is not the RAM, I have tried 3 sets of different RAM.

Have a Q6600, this motherboard, EVGA 8800GT, 600W Enermax PSU.

I have tried 2 sets of crucial ballistix ram I have and a set of OCZ.
 
Yup, I spoke with DFI tech support and first question out of his mouth was Crucial RAM? Guess it is a known problem? However I tested with OCZ too and he took the model etc... and was going to test it in their labs to see and call me back within 30 minutes...no response so I RMAed it and will go with gigabyte.
