DFI or Gigabyte?

Im selecting a motherboard right now and was wondering if i should go with the DFI lanparty board (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...?Item=N82E16813136043) or the gigabyte ds3l (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...E16813128059&Tpk=ds3l). Also, if these boards aren't that great, I will take other suggestions. Thanks!

Go with the ds3l if you won't need RAID

There are several different RAID configurations. Some are for speed, most are for redundancy. Read up on it here

Also the ABIT IP35-E has a MIR which makes is $30 cheaper. It's also a P35 chipset so it should have the same stability/potential.
