I know this is a little behind the times, but it's now frustrated me enough to go and do something like this. Before I begin... system specs.
Athlon XP 2500+ @ 2.2Ghz
1 gig of Geil Ultra PC3200 3-3-3-6
Radeon 9800 Pro
(mobo as stated above)
Now. The problem here is, that my RAM will not run at 3200, with my overclock, I get constant shutdowns during games. It runs fine if I pull it down to 2700 speeds. Now I know a considerable amount about comps... and i've tried voltage to cleaning to more voltage. But I just can't seem to get it to work. And the one more thing that irks me, I can have my OC with a single stick in there. But when I put the full gig in, and run it Dual Channel, it errors out. I've cross checked other RAM(OCZ PC3700) and my RAM ran well in theirs, and theirs well in mine w/o the OC. You think maybe a bad mobo? Or freak phenomenon? Please help. Thank you for your time.
