I want a stable board that will be stable play nice with vista, do a little overclocking, and game well. Which one would you guys suggest?

If you're only doing a "little" overclocking, I'd go with the Premium. The Premium also has passive cooling. I have a SLi-DR (non-ut) and the chipset fan is rather loud, but I certainly love the mobo.

DFI board is fine to work with if you have quality components. Don't skimp on RAM or PSU. Check out DFI street for their recommendations. As for the "loud" chipset fan, replace it with a $7 evercool VC-RE before you build your system. Problem solved.
