Just wanted to report back that I flashed my bios to 2.09 (is this a beta?) and all my memory issues seemed to be resolved. I put the MaxAsync Latency back to auto and all seems fine now.

Here is the bios I used:

Cool thing is this bios has Memtest86 built right into. Is this a hacked bios or just a new feature? I dunno, but I love it!

No errors in Memtest86 or Super PI, knock on silicon. Now I can start thinking about oc'ing.

I just got my system up and running with 2 sticks of 512MB Corsair Value Select. It booted fine with no changes to the BIOS settings. I haven't had much time to play with things yet, but I'm currently running the RAM at 207.1MHz with 2.5,3,3,7 timings at 2.6V.
