DFI nF4 Ultra/SLI and Zalman 7700?

It fits. There is clearance for all four memory slots. There is also clearance for the graphics card as long as the graphics cooling solution is on the side away from the processor.

The 7700 does block the PCI 4x slot though.
 
Supposedly it fits but it's very tight and possibly blocks dimm 4 and may interfear w/ any kinda of after market cooling for your video cards.
