DFI nF4 Ultra-D question on PCI-e

Hello all, and Merry Christmas!

I have a eVGA 7800GT installed in my brand new DFI nF4 Ultra-D motherboard, in the PCIe4 slot. In the manual it says on the SLI boards that in single VGA mode that PCIe4 runs at 2x bandwidth and that PCIe1 runs at 16x bandwidth, but doesn't really mention the Ultra-D board specifications. Do both ports run at 16x on the Ultra-D boards, or is it just PCIe1? I ask because the fan over the northbridge somewhat inhibits installing the 7800GT in PCIe1, and that is why the card is in PCIe4.

Thanks!

With the jumpers in the non-SLI position, the top slot will be 16x and the bottom will be 2x. If you move the jumpers to the SLI position, then both slots will run at 8x which is more than enough bandwidth for a 7800GT.
